A Duo-Con is a 20ft container that can be separated into two independent 10ft containers. It ships and delivers as a single standard 20ft unit, then splits on-site.
How It Works
The Duo-Con is built as a 20ft container with an internal dividing wall and independent door sets on each half. When delivered, it looks and handles like any other 20ft container. Once on your property, the two halves can be separated and placed independently.
Each Half Has Its Own Doors
Each 10ft section has its own set of cargo doors, so once separated, each half functions as a fully independent storage container. A standard 10ft container provides approximately 560 cubic feet (~75 sq ft of floor space) — enough for a tool room, garden shed, or small equipment store.
When a Duo-Con Makes Sense
- Two locations: Need storage in two different spots on your property? Deliver one container, split it, and move each half where you need it.
- Tight spaces: A 10ft container fits in spaces where a 20ft cannot — small driveways, backyards, narrow alleys.
- Cost efficiency: One delivery for two containers instead of two separate deliveries.

Duo-Con containers are available in new one-trip condition — built new in China and shipped one time with cargo to the USA. Excellent condition.
